BRANCH CORDINATOR/HR MANAGER

Our client, an innovative real estate organisation, is seeking to hire a proactive and confident Branch Coordinator/HR Manager to manage and oversee the personnel management of the business concern.

The ideal role holder will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of all employees, maintain a cohesive and functional workforce specifically both the sales and operation staff, ensure total adherence to laid down internal and external values and work ethics as well as resolve any conflicting issues that may arise in timely manner.

Job Responsibilities

● Managing all administrative and employee related activities in the office

● Execute recruitment of staff as required

● Develops, advises on, and implements policies relating to the effective use of personnel within an organization, with the aim of ensuring the organization employs the right balance of staff in terms of skills and experience, and to ensure staff performance are in line with the company’s aims.

● Identify and implement training needs within the organisation to bridge inefficiency gaps

● Manage payroll administration and management processes

● Ensure compliance with all company’s regulations by all staff

● Administer general welfare initiatives of company

● Capacity building, scheduling and implementation of Sales/Marketing activities

Person Specification

· Bachelor's degree in management, social sciences, Sales/Marketing Team Management or a relevant field

· A minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in a similar role and industry

· Professional certification may be advantageous

· Working knowledge of disciplinary processes

· Full understanding of HR functions and best practices

· Excellent written and verbal communication

· Exceptional leadership skills

· Sales and workforce coordination experience will be an added advantage

· Having the special skill in bringing out the best in team members, planning and execution of duties

· Hardworking and can lead by example
